Larry Dubey is Senior Program Manager for Comcast Cable’s Northeast Division. In this role he is responsible for overseeing data and telecommunication deployments to over 1,700 employees throughout Connecticut, Vermont, and Western Massachusetts. In 2016 Dubey joined the board of True Colors, an organization he felt strongly about after volunteering at their Youth Conference in 2003. Larry has volunteered for a number of causes over the years including organizing a team for the Aids CT walk and coordinating fundraisers for local food pantries and homeless shelters. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Service and Administration from Springfield College in, his Paralegal Certification from Elms College and is working towards his Master’s degree in Organizational Change at Northeastern University.
Barry Walters is an Outreach Manager for Aids Project New Haven. He joined the True Colors Board in 2014. He and his partner have one son.
Recently retired from active practice, Art Webster is a lawyer and law professor. As an attorney, he spent 35 years in courtrooms arguing for the protection of children and youth from abuse, neglect and delinquency. He is a noted authority on complex medical-legal issues, including diagnostic and treatment decision-making, HIV/AIDS, religious exemption laws and end-of-life issues. As a teacher and an author, he has instructed hundreds of students, attorneys, judges, other professionals and citizens on the impact of law on children, parents and the government. Art is a graduate of Bradley University, B.A., summa cum laude, and Georgetown University Law Center, J.D.
